Log in to your WebReachX account.
From the left sidebar under Features, select Autoresponder.
This opens the autoresponse setup page.
Click “Add New Rule” (or “Create Autoresponder”).
You will now see options to customize your automatic reply.
You can choose when the autoresponder should activate.
The system replies only when the user types a specific word.
Example:
Keyword: hi
Auto Reply: “Hello! How can I help you today?”
The system replies to every message, no keyword needed.
Set replies only during specific hours.
Example:
Working hours: 9 AM – 6 PM
Outside hours reply: “We’re offline now, will get back soon.”
In the message editor, you can add:
Text
Emojis
Links
Buttons (if templates allowed)
Media (optional based on system version)
Example:
“Hello! 👋 Thanks for contacting WebReachX.
Our team will respond shortly. Meanwhile, explore our services at www.webreachx.in.”
Depending on your version, you may have:
Avoid sending the same auto reply repeatedly to the same user.
Send an image, PDF, or video as part of the reply.
Autoresponder → Chatbot → Custom flow
Click “Save” or “Activate Rule”.
Your autoresponder is now live.
Send a message from another WhatsApp number to confirm:
Reply triggers correctly
Message content is correct
Keyword rules are working
Media loads properly
