Log in to your account and locate the left sidebar.
Under the Features section, select Chatbot.
You will see the chatbot builder interface.
Click “Create New Bot”, “Add Flow”, or “New Chatbot” (depending on your version).
This opens your flow editor.
Choose how the chatbot should start:
Bot replies when someone types a specific word.
Example:
User types: menu
Bot replies with:
“Here is our menu…”
Bot responds to all incoming messages automatically.
Bot active only during your offline hours.
Inside the flow builder, you can create:
Reply with normal text, emojis, links, etc.
Send images, videos, PDFs or documents.
Add clickable buttons like:
“View Services”
“Contact Support”
“Buy Now”
Send multiple options in a structured list.
Connect one message to another to build a full conversation.
Some versions allow conditions like:
If user clicks Button A → Show Message A
If user sends Number 1 → Give information #1
If user types “help” → Switch to support bot
This makes your bot smarter.
Click Save, Publish, or Activate Bot.
Your Chatbot is now LIVE and running on your WhatsApp number.
Use another phone to message your WhatsApp number.
Check:
Does the bot start?
Are buttons working?
Are flows linking correctly?
Any spelling/content changes needed?
Testing ensures smooth performance.
