How to Use Bulk Messaging


Step 1: Open the Dashboard

Log in to your WebReachX account and go to the left sidebar.


Step 2: Click “Bulk Messaging”

Under the Features section, select Bulk Messaging.
This will open the campaign creation interface.


Step 3: Add Your Recipients

You can add contacts in three ways:

Option 1: Enter Numbers Manually

  • Type numbers separated by commas

  • Include country code (e.g., +91)

Option 2: Upload Contact File

  • Upload a CSV or TXT file containing phone numbers

  • Make sure each number is in a separate line or column

Option 3: Use Saved Contacts

If you have contacts saved in WebReachX, select them from your list.


Step 4: Write Your Message

In the message box:

 You can enter:

  • Text

  • Emojis

  • Links

  • Line breaks

  • Custom fields (if available)

 Tips:

  • Keep the message short

  • Be clear about your offer

  • Avoid spammy words

  • Use personalization if possible


Step 5: Add Media (Optional)

You can attach:

  • Images

  • Videos

  • Documents

  • PDF files

Multimedia messages increase engagement.


Step 6: Choose Sending Options

1. Send Now

The message will be sent immediately.

2. Schedule Message

Pick a date and time to send your message later.

This is useful for:

  • Early morning greetings

  • Offer launches

  • Event reminders


Step 7: Start the Campaign

Click Send or Start Campaign.
Your bulk message will begin sending through your connected WhatsApp device.


Step 8: Check Campaign Status

After sending, go to Message History to view:

  • Delivered messages

  • Read messages

  • Failed messages

  • Sent time

  • Campaign summary

This helps you track performance and improve future campaigns.
