The Profile section allows you to view and manage information related to your connected WhatsApp account inside WebReachX. This ensures your automation system always stays linked, verified, and functional.

How to Use the Profile Feature


Step 1: Open Your WebReachX Dashboard

Log in to your WebReachX account and go to the left sidebar menu.


Step 2: Click on “Profile”

Under the Features category, select Profile.
This opens your WhatsApp account details page.


Step 3: View Connected Account Information

Inside the Profile section, you can see:

1. WhatsApp Account Name

Shows the name linked to your connected WhatsApp device.

2. Registered WhatsApp Number

Displays the phone number currently active in the system.

3. Connection Status

Shows whether your device is:

  • Connected

  • Pending

  • Disconnected

  • QR Scan Required

4. Device Information

Details like:

  • Device type

  • Browser

  • Operating system
    (Depending on your version.)


Step 4: Manage Your Account

In the Profile page, you can manage these actions:

Reconnect Your Device

If your WhatsApp session expires, you can rescan the QR code.

Disconnect Device

If you want to switch phones or accounts.

Security Options

(If enabled) manage API or authentication settings.


Step 5: Troubleshooting Connection

If your WhatsApp stops responding:

  • Check if your phone is online

  • Open WhatsApp once to refresh session

  • Reconnect using QR code if required

The Profile section helps identify connection issues easily.
