Log in to your WebReachX account and go to the left sidebar menu.
Under the Features category, select Profile.
This opens your WhatsApp account details page.
Inside the Profile section, you can see:
Shows the name linked to your connected WhatsApp device.
Displays the phone number currently active in the system.
Shows whether your device is:
Connected
Pending
Disconnected
QR Scan Required
Details like:
Device type
Browser
Operating system
(Depending on your version.)
In the Profile page, you can manage these actions:
If your WhatsApp session expires, you can rescan the QR code.
If you want to switch phones or accounts.
(If enabled) manage API or authentication settings.
If your WhatsApp stops responding:
Check if your phone is online
Open WhatsApp once to refresh session
Reconnect using QR code if required
The Profile section helps identify connection issues easily.
