Log in to your account and navigate to the left sidebar.
Under the Features section, select Report.
This opens the report dashboard.
Inside the Report page, you can see:
Total messages sent
Messages delivered
Messages failed
Messages read
Autoresponder activity
Chatbot message count
Bulk message performance
List of past campaigns
Status of each campaign
Success and failure rates
Missed calls detected
Auto-reply messages sent
Use filters to view reports by:
Date range
Message type
Campaign type
Status (sent, delivered, failed)
This helps you understand performance for specific days or events.
You can customize how data appears:
Hide/show columns
Sort by newest/oldest
Export data (CSV/Excel – if available in your version)
Based on report insights, you can:
Improve chatbot responses
Re-write message templates
Fix failed delivery issues
Plan better campaigns
